The classic Georgian portico of our office symbolizes both the mission and the philosophy of Willeke & Daniels. While our firm is not large, we provide a wide range of legal counseling and representation to individuals and businesses as they pass through life's portals.

Let's face it: When things are going smoothly and proceeding without signficant changes--whether in life or in business--law firms and lawyers are not much needed by most people. It is when changes are contemplated, or when changes are encountered unexpectedly, that the professional services of lawyers are most often needed to assist in making the passages as smooth as possible.

The lawyers of Willeke & Daniels are committed to providing the best possible advice, counsel and aggressive legal representation for our clients as they form new businesses, change existing business relationships, encounter or initiate changes in their family and personal lives, acquire or sell homes or other property, enter into business deals, make estate plans, or as is sometimes the case, find themselves in unexpected personal or business difficulties.

While each of the lawyers of Willeke & Daniels concentrates on specific areas of practice (thus building knowledge, competence and efficiency in those areas), we can assemble a team of attorneys with expertise in several areas necessary to deal with the more complex problems our clients encounter. Through this approach, we can best meet changing requirements of our clients. Two of our lawyers have been voted as "Minnesota Super Lawyers" in the poll conducted by Minnesota Law & Politics.

In addition to our professional efforts, the lawyers of Willeke & Daniels are dedicated to the larger community in which we operate. This dedication is expressed through volunteer efforts, such as service on boards of nonprofit organizations such as the National Sports Center Foundation, the Tree Trust, the St. Paul Truth-in-Sale of Housing Board and similar regional and national groups.

Our lawyers are also active in the larger business community, with one lawyer serving as an Independent Trustee of the Wells Fargo Family of Mutual Funds, and another lawyer serving as a Director of National City Bank of Minneapolis.
